		<description>Yard signs are indeed changing. (Im waiting for the LCD myself). These new matrix or QR codes are not mainstream (yet) but they provide another contact point to the listing &amp; listing agent.  Young or tech savvy folks will most likely be the ones using them.  So, if you are in a high tech market (Seattle, Silicon Valley) or a youth market (any college town), these might get someone to call.  Most folks, even though dazzled by a yard sign, online listings or video, will call the agent to have a look at the house themselves.  Rarely will a house be sold without a face-to-face meeting and walk through.</description>
