Bill Lublin hates when people write about themselves in the third person, but this whole thing sounds like a lot of bragging if he doesn’t  Bill Lublin apologizes for this- 

Bill Lublin has spent over forty years in the real estate industry and has worked in a variety of jobs in the field, from award-winning salesperson to appraiser, property manager, developer, and Broker Owner of a multi-office firm  For more than 30 years, he has been active in training and coaching real estate professionals  An exciting and entertaining speaker dedicated to making complex ideas simple,  Bill has spoken at many major real estate events, including National Association of REALTORS  Mid-Year and Annual meetings, the Association Executives Institute, the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials, Inman Connect in San Francisco and New York,  and has spoken on Technology throughout the U.S, as well as Canada, Dubai, and the U.K.

Bill’s real estate company,  CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold, is the Number one Century 21 firm in Pennsylvania and is one of Century 21’s Top 100 firms. In 2008 he founded the Social Media Marketing Institute, which in 2010 & 2015 partnered with the National Association of REALTORS in a complete re-write of the e-PRO designation.

Bill currently serves as the President-Elect of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS and NAR Director from the state, Chair of the NAR Federal Technology Policy Workgroup, and as a member of the MLS Issues and Policy Committee and the Sustainability Advisory Board of the National Association of REALTORS.

Bill served as the 2024 MLS and Data Management Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS.  An expert on MLS strategy, growth, issues, and policies, Bill has served as an officer and director of MLSs for 4 decades  He is a past Chair of NAR’s MLS Issues and Policies Committee, NAR’s MLS Technology and Emerging Issues Advisory Board, served on th Executive Committee and Board fo Directors for Bright MLS, and currently serves as a Director a Strategic Director of CRMLS.

Bill has always placed a great deal of emphasis on professional education and achievement  He is one of the only real estate professionals to earn the Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) designation and the Certified Residential Specialist designation in only one year  As a Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB), his skills in the field of management are unsurpassed  Bill is also a NAR-trained Professional Standards Instructor and Mediation Trainer, was Certified as a facilitator by Century 21, and is a trained DRS Mediator  He also teaches the CRB, C-RETS, RENE, SRS, Green, and ePro certification courses.

Bill has received numerous awards from professional real estate organizations, including the honor of being inducted into the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS Hall of Fame and receiving the PAR Lifetime Achievement Award. .
